These Terms and Services govern your use of the website at worldwidemobilitygroup.invelomedia.com and any services delivered by World-wide Mobility Group across its five specialist divisions. By using the website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
World-wide Mobility Group is a corporate group operating five specialist divisions: Project Furnishing (FF&E), Logistics & Warehousing, Technical Installations, Event Support and E-Waste Recycling. We operate across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website to learn about our divisions, request a quote, read our blog and download informational material. You agree not to use the website to scrape data, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code or impersonate any other party.
3. Quotations and Contracts
Quotations issued by any World-wide Mobility Group division are valid for 30 days from issue date. A binding contract is formed only when you accept a quotation in writing and we confirm acceptance.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Larger projects use phased payments as agreed in the contract. Late payments accrue statutory interest under the applicable national law.
5. Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel a contract in writing before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation requires us to invoice for all work completed, all goods ordered and reasonable demobilisation costs. Scope changes during a project are agreed in writing with updated price and timeline.
6. Warranties and Liability
We carry professional liability insurance for every division. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract in question, except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or where statutory law prohibits a liability cap. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of World-wide Mobility Group or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify content without prior written permission. Project photographs taken during our work may be used in our portfolio with the client’s consent.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, supplier failures, government action, public health emergencies, war and natural disasters.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the work is delivered. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam (NL), Brussels (BE) or Hamburg (DE) respectively. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before formal proceedings.
